Going by the helmets, think the guy in the 248 or F2007 at the end is Andrea Bertolini.....the others are seemingly the private owners of the vintage F1 cars

here it is aswell...

I was lucky enough to be a part of the Australian production leg. Unfortunately only some of the footage has been used, As with London, We were also denied access to the landmarks of Sydney..

I love the Ad...

Looks Fantastic..

As great as it is, i honestly expected it to be more 'stunning'.

For example, the part in NYC seems vry short for the amount of $$$ it would have cost, plus, would have liked to have seen kimi, massa and michael featured somehow.....even if bertolini wore a kimi lid in the end scene

That's the 1970 312B, with a V12 3 litre engine.

The car that made me fall in love with the Scuderia.

A great ad  although I would have loved to have seen more F1 Ferraris in there, but then it would have been a very long ad :s mokin:

Weren't many Ferraris missing from that because they were Agip Ferrari's instead of Shell's. :)
It was good, but just like Giuseppe F1, i expected it to be "more" especially if it was such an expensive ad.

That would explain the missing decades after the 312B :D

The Shell ad is somewhat similar to the recent Honda one, and it's interesting that the ad-men are calling on nostaligia for days gone by to persuade us to buy their products.

I suspect the ad-men would claim they are trying to show heritage and credibility rather than just nostaligia. Still same idea though.

Cor! Absolutely love the sound of the 312. I think McLaren should do one of these promos in the same style for the sole purpose of entertainment :p :

Actually I am surprise that the Ferrari get through the downtown of Hong Kong for quite a few seconds, never dream that we would have a formula 1 race happening here, good ad.
