Would this be a good idea?
(btw i know the back of the grid teams would have little chance of it)

How about a medal for fastest lap instead? :p

No it certainly would not.

Definitely not with this idiotic "everyone but the race leader gets a turbo boost" system they have cooked up. Puked up?

Not often I agree with Tamburello but no,it's not a good idea.

All you would get would be drivers who are our of the running coming in on the penultimate lap for a new set of tyres to try and get a point.

Prefer Donkeys idea. Give them a pat on the back instead.

Can't say I'm keen on the idea either. It'll be points for the fastest pitstops next.
now there's a good idea ! :D :erm: :arrows: :p

Is Donkey as tasty as Cheval when cooked or does it need a bit of stewing ;)

He's got only 3 fastest laps this seaason, like Button and Hamy, Webber has had 5.

But how many might he have accumulated had there been a tangible reward? We simply cannot know. Maybe more; maybe he'd have thrown the car off the track trying!

A minor point, but why only use the correct name for two out of these three drivers?

Please, don't. If Kimi comes back to F1 in 2012, he might win the WDC on fastest laps alone. :p

No! What next, point for pole position, point for fastest pitstop, point for no contact in a race...

If they bring their Nectar card, they can get double rewards for every point scored, redeemable in the 'Bernie Bus Clothing Store Inc'

Because those are shorter?!
Were you expecting another answer maybe?!

I'm sure we used to have a rule against that sort of thing.

I'm sure we used to have a rule against that sort of thing.

That's mostly to do with regularly changing a drivers name in order to insult them. 'Hamy' is just a short version of Hamilton so there's no particular issue there.

I'm sure we used to have a rule against that sort of thing.
I am sure we also have a rule against being stupid, but that gets broken quite often.

It's because he is black :)
