Former Ferrari man Mike Coughlan, who replaces Sam Michael as technical director, is already familiar to Raikkonen from their time together at Maranello, while Mark Gillan and Jason Sommerville have also signed on in recent weeks, leaving the 2012 driver line-up as one of the bigger unresolved issues at Grove.

So they don't know what they are talking about...

A fairly severe blot on the copy-book there. That's why it's always best to take internet articles with a grain of salt. Even though I can't speak for myself here, it is best to bounce your 'facts' off as many sources as possible before concluding that they are, indeed, 'facts'.
