Yoga is some thing with some Ancient Theories,observations and principles about the mind and body connection.Yoga has from the Yoga Postures (Asanas), Yoga Breathing (Pranayama), and Meditation.So i can say that Yoga has physiological,psychological,biochemical effects in our body from which we can live long lasting life.
