That's trunk for our friends over the pond.

So what treasures lurk in the back of your daily ride? Spare wheel and dead bodies aside ;)

Currently a pump I used to change my motor oil, various tools and car chemicals and a set of used spark plugs.

At the minute I think it's:

Bunch of screwdrivers (and assorted bulbs etc.), hi-viz jacket, hard hat, chair, 3W golf club (I don't play, just occassionally go to the driving range), the stay from my engine lid, a coat, a CD case and a light blue wig.

Too much junk.

fire extinguisher
bottle of washer fluid
cowbell
ODBII code scanner
torque wrench
ratchet set
tire plugs
electric air pump
tire iron, screwdriver and tow hook that came with the car from the manufacturer

One of those little spare donut wheels is under all that, but if I have a flat I'd rather drive on a plug.

who kept a dead whore in the trunk
I will have to admit that it smells like sh!t
but think of the money I save.

I suspect I'm the only one that currently has a small hot dog cart in the trunk of the car.

One pair of leather ballerina shoes, one pair of black patent ballerina shoes, one pair of Berghaus waterproof trainer type shoes and one pair of black leather heeled work shoes. One Silverstone golfing umbrella and a pair a shin pads for when I occasionally plan womens 5 a-side football. Seems like I have some kind of shoe fetish now I've thought about it.

Seeing as I asked, I guess I should share;

One umbrella.
Two skid lids.
Fire extinguisher.
A jacket.

Oh, and a roll of pink wrapping paper.

Where are your boots?

The two previous nights to tonight I went to black tie dinners. When I was looking for some occassion wear shoes to go with my dress I did look at a few pairs of winter boots and thought that it wont be long until I can get them out. Eki, give it a few weeks and I'll have boots in my boot. ;)

Probably - but (save for the spare wheel and pump) very wise, as it is more economical the less your car has to lug around.

Currently - in the astra are a load of rubble sacks, freshly emptied from a trip to the household waste site and a tyre compressor.

In the Smacker there are a load of 'bag for life' bags for when the missus drags me round the supermarket by the ear!!!

My wife's car has a stroller and three folding canvas chairs along with jumper cables. I have a pickup so I don't have a trunk, but I do have a tonneau cover so it's like a big trunk. In it are two tarps, rachet tie-downs, a pair of mud boots, and a tree ball hook.

On edit; I got curious if the ball hook had an actual name. It does, it's actually a "Wire Basket Crimper Tool with a Pig Tail Hook". You probably still don't know what that is, but I'll bet Hazell B does. :p

C'mon fousto, the real poem was a limerick:

There once was a fellow named Dave,
Who kept a dead whore in a cave.
He said "I'll admit
I'm a bit of a $h1t,
But think of the money I save!"

There once was a man from Leeds,
who swallowed a packet of seeds.
Three blades of grass
grew out of his ass,
and his balls were all covered in weeds.

There once was a finn called Eki,
who wanted to marry the yeti.
Got as far as Tashkent,
where he pitched up his tent,
and was had by a bunch of Uzbekis.

Just went out and had a look as I was curious......

1 size 3 football
1 junior rugby ball
3 golf balls and my golf towel
hi-viz vest
charger lead for my old mobile phone
waterproof coat
torch (with flat batteries)
and a bag of cheesy Doritos

There is also far too many 'bag for life' bags as my wife has some sort of obsession with them.

Shortly before my daughter started kindergarten a few years ago we visited the school she was going to attend. She and the other children who were to be starting school with her visited the kindergarten classrooms, met each teacher, and participated in activities. This was my daughter's first "first," or at least her first significant one. Many more will follow, like someday in the distant future, her first day on a new job.

Great list. Love the fact your gloves live, not in your glove box, but way out back!

Also, you've double up on spare fan belts...is there another reason you aren't telling us about with regards the women's attire? ;)
