Your spelling is atrocious, so I think "sellmunity" (sic) is probably Cell Mutiny.

Cell Mutiny is when a group of cells openly oppose the body and incite rebellion. This is otherwise called Cancer.
If left untreated the Mutinous Cells can go rogue, destroying organs and ultimately killing the body.
