Cannon Parts Ways With Kanaan,KV

I saw an announcement yesterday that TK was getting a new engineer. There was no mention of Michael Cannon and I wondered what was going on. I saw the answer at Racer.

I didn't see that coming. I figured with the performance of TK and KV overall this year, that things were going well. Surprisingly not the case.

Does TK have a ride next year? He's getting older now and I think he will be the first of the current favorites to retire or get put out to pasture.

Would be quite a shame if he was out of a ride considering he's consistently the fastest person on his team and KV seems to have taken a step up ( and Andretti a step back) since he came to the team. I think he's still long from the shelf life expiration of a good veteran in this series. I think it just proves TK can flat pedal a car and probably brings that last two tenths. TK has a good personality to the media and fans, but I definitely see the hints from time to time of another side we don't see as often. Sounds like one of the top thtree must have talked to cannon already.

Read somebody's idea somewhere else that it could be possible that Sato is doing too well for Kanaan's liking... Any takers?

Michael Cannon has resurfaced with Panther. This could be good news for JR Hildebrand.
