View Full Version : Beat The Thing Above
Rollo

Was just looking round some forum and found this game. Basically you have to post a picture of something that beats the thing above. For example:
http://www.adamdental.com.au/images/scissors-all-purpose.jpg
If that thing was posted, I would post:

What beats Rock?
Rock -> paper -> scissors -> rock, endless loop. So I try something new: what beats rock -> pop

Nothing I can post a picture of on a family forum really can beat the last post.

I think we are going down a dark road. Someone needs to beat all this with something else. Or you may soon need to subscribe and pay per month to view this thread. :p

Euro > Spartans
If you wanted to beat the Spartans and Greeks generally, then all you need is the European Common Currency. Euro and Sovereign Debt issues have caused riots in Greece including Sparti. 300 Spartans wouldn't be able to control the Sovereign Debt crisis.

Mandy > Death... or Death Personified
Mady frequently gets the better of Death. I think that she may have even been Death in one episode.

I have no idea what Rollo is on about (as is usual), so I propose that powers of Captain Canuck beats all:

Rollo - what the hell is that?
That is "The Spooklight". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Spooklight
On the DVD of "Cars", there's a short called "Mater and the Ghostlight" which is sort of based on that legend.

Or if you are not sure of my green picture.
Rollo put uo a shot of the Spooklight, that can only be seen at night, so to beat that I used a picture of the sun through a green filter, because it looks better than the usual orange sun shot. With the sun out you can't see a spooklight because the sun is out. Apparently the black dot above the sun circled in red is a UFO, which also beats a spooklight because it's just way cooler :bounce:
