I thought germain toyota with Bodine were to be running the CoT races, but not listed on the entry list. What happened there?

I thought germain toyota with Bodine were to be running the CoT races, but not listed on the entry list. What happened there?

The way Germain CoT races were announced I suspect it was thank you from Toyota for developing their CoT. However with the way the fulltime Toyotas are running Toyota probably said to hold off for now. If Bodine qualified now, it would probably be at the cost of a DNQ for one of their full time cars.
