I guess if we are still wondering about why the Pales won't accept a peace deal, we no longer have to wonder. I have seen many stupid people but I have to admit these MFs in the middle east are at the top. I watched the unarmed Pales rush the border fence with armed soldiers pointing guns at them. So 20 or so were killed. Are these people freaking nuts. What is even more scary is that they have nukes in some of these countries ie Pakistan, iran (coming). Syria and other countries are the same. Can you even imagine the Middle East after the oil boom it will become total anarchy if it hasn't already.

To be honest, Palestine and Israel need regime changes to people who have the mental capacity to decide what land is who's and to not attack each other.

It wasn't that long ago wave after wave of allied regiments ran across the artillery pitted area known as 'no mans land' into certain death to gain something as small as a few feet on the enemy. Even civilized countries have influence from people who don't have a clue or to the outsider, 'stupid'. We are just a little more cultured and civilized now.. :) So that is why if one is in need another must pass for fear of being sued should a miracle not happen, or being charged as a pedophile should one touch a child wrongly whilst trying to resue the child.
A more civilized nation is only as good as its morals, otherwise it is merely a word for people to claim how much better they are than others.

Being sued at the drop of a pin, for anothers profit, or being charged as a pedophile for being a stranger trying to escort a lost child home, or because of some psycho-babbling psychiatrist or psychologist told the person he/she had to have been molested because the professional wanted it that way, makes our current "more civilized" world appear to be to merely a bunch of self-centered, self-righteous savages out for blood, no-no the new standard, money.

The State of Palestine was declared in 1988 when the PLO's (Palestine Liberation Organization) National Council adopted the Palestinian Declaration of Independence. The PLO itself was/is a terrorist organisation.

The main faction of the PLO is Fatah founded by Yasser Arafat in 1959, which has in its charter:
Article 12:
Complete liberation of Palestine, and eradication of Zionist economic, political, military and cultural existence.

The other major faction of the PLO is Hamas which at the moment governs the Gaza Strip. It has in its charter:
"Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it."
...
"There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors."

The Palestinians will never accept a peace deal because the two main factions which run the government, refuse to acknowledge the legitimacy of the State of Israel, despite themselves being a remnant of a terrorist organisation which was itself rejected by it's neighbours (namely Jordan and Lebanon).

There will never be an answer to this.

So Rollo I would consider that as a ultimatum - that would mean Israel should start killing all that don't accept them as a nation. I suppose in the future the big war will come as these people are just plain fu__king stupid. The stupid Pales should be building resorts on the coast. Have you been to Tel Aviv - its like southern california. with a better ocean. I guess it just gets back to the old saying "religion is no good for the masses"

IIRC Fatah which is what the PLO calls itself now recognised Israel and its right to exist when it signed up to the Oslo peace accords. They rewrote the charter that you posted which is now obsolete. That is why the Israelis have no problems negotiating with Fatah.

Hamas still claims that it wants to wipe out Israel but its actions in Gaza often run counter to this claim. They deal directly with Israel every day even if most of it is regarding mundane things such as garbage and sewage disposal or buying clean drinking water. That would not be possible if it did not recognise the Israeli state on a practical level. Also their actions cracking down on groups that attack Israel would also indicate that killing Israelis is not currently their priority.
