Sprint's Travis Rilat raced last night in Texas for the first time in about 9 months. I have been a friend and personal trainer of Travis for quite some time. He was in a very serious accident last summer and nearly lost his life. The link has the update from last night on my blog. It was very exciting. I am not sure the level of interest you all have for Sprint Cars, but I figured I'd share the good news.
