Force India set for legal battle
Force India's legal dispute with Team Lotus regarding intellectual property rights is to head to the High Court early next year.
Force India claim that Italian aerodynamic firm Aerolab "may have" disclosed intellectual property to 1 Malaysia Racing Team, parent company of Team Lotus.

Funny that Force India is suing the design of T127. This car looked so bulky that it looked like it never saw a wind-tunnel, let alone actually copied a well-established F1 car. :p :

Maybe Force India know something we don't. Maybe they expect to be trounced by Lotus this year and got their excuse in early ;)
