Hello, I'm a rally fan from Lithuania. And I want to invite a rally drivers from all the Europe to participate in this wounderful winter speed fiesta - Halls Winter Rally Utena 2011. Of course all spectators are inviting too. Rally will be held on 2011-01-29.
This rally is organizing since 1995 years. And now it is one of the baltic top rallies. All information you can find in official website - http://hallswinterrally.lt/en/

>recce on Friday and race on Saturday
