Besides doing drills such as jumping under tables to avoid the Cuban missile attack quite a bit has changed.

No longer waiting for those really good brochures that the car companies sent out about their new models. I loved that time.

Lessons?! Our education system is a mess and the influence of government in schools is ridiculous.

Americans are deemed dumb in a lot of countries which is idiotic in the sense that if you are not allowed to develop your brain through education and a curriculum that allows for that development, then you are doomed to ignorance. That is unless you take it upon yourself to make yourself more knowledgeable.
