Eldik has two Lancer WRC's, so that will not be a problem.

I have a new video online at my site. It's a video of the last round of the Dutch Rally Championship. A very slippery rally with good stages and lot of good (WRC) cars.
There was one really tricky corner where two cars crashed, a Nissan 350Z and a Focus.

Norwegian Rune Danneborg on entrylist of last round of danish championship :confused:

Wonder what he can do against Max Christensen or Christian Jensen, in his Ford Focuswrc ;)

Danneborg will not be at the top speed like Christensen and Jensen. Danneborg is a sympathic gentlemansdriver.

There are two more norwegians. Anders Kjær in his Impreza N14-Cup car is fast but he will not match the real N4 and A8-cars.

Jarle Lippert will be one of the fastest two-wheel drivers with his BMW M3. He is spectacular.

On Autoklub.pl they said that Sebalj is the champion. Apparently he overtook Szilagy on the last round of the championship. Is it not true?

Surely you could be confident getting a car from M-Sport. I'd imagine they have great customer service. And obviously a proven track record of making fast cars out of the box. Janne has a previous relationship with M-Sport so I dont consider it to be a risk at all.

I think there will be a lot of interest in the Fiesta.

True that was a bad car but I think there is a bit more at stake for the S2000. I might be wrong but I dont think Christian Lorieaux had anything to do with the old Fiesta either. Either way this is a very important car for M-Sport as it will determine their status in the new era of rallying. You would hope they are throwing everything behind it.

Few months ago, there was a rumour who said that Magalhaes and Camacho could have an IRC programm on tarmac rallyes. I suppose that it was just a rumour ... :(

I think some weeks ago a National Bank was interested in supporting Camacho but I haven't heard anything new on this, I dont know if they really signed a deal or if the Bank lost it's interest.

I do hope both of them, Camacho and Nunes, find money because if they dont next year there will be only a S2000 drived by Sá and it's going to be an walk on a park for him.

In the regional championship of Madeira (Portugal), a new EVO X will be used by the last year 2WD class winner Filipe Freitas and Sá will use a 207 S2000 which is already beeing build at Barroso Motorsport.

This Ford fiesta S2000 will be going to drive M.Hirvonen in Rally Monte Carlo
The car has borrowed from M-sport, for the presentation of Nuppel Team in Santiago Compostela city(Galicia-North of Spain)tonight.
After, the ford will go quickly to Monte Carlo.

Fusty looks pretty nice tarmac spec. How many other S2000s in the Spanish Tarmac series next year and is anyone still running GT3 machinery?
Porsche are very difficult to drive, as you can imagine, and among frontrunners, the only driver that has proven he could win with one of them was Vallejo (Fuster won only because of others' problems, we must be realistic...).

But as Nupel wanted to jump into the WRC, and having an own climbing ladder, they talked with Ford. That's why they have changed from having three different marques (Porsche, Mitsubishi and Ford), to only one, Ford: they have the lended Fiesta S2000 (Pons) for SWRC+Catalunya+Príncipe, two Fiesta S2000 bought for National Championship for Vallejo and Muñiz, and two other Fiesta R2 for their young guns.

For the moment we'll have four S2000: 2 Nupel's Fiesta, the official Fabia for Hevia, and the one for Pérez. As we are in silly season, there are lots of changes and rumours every week... but there should be one or two other S2000.

GT machinery, well... Fuster owns his Porsche, so he should continue with it, but the main problem is that Costa Brava (Well, only in dry conditions) and Shalymar, two rallyes that fitted well to GT cars, are out. If Fuster already had problems to adapt himself to his 911 GT3 this season, next year things only could get worse. Aviñó and Entrecanales could enter selected meetings, if they don't sell their 911, and López Fombona will try to do something with his 350Z... I think that's all, if we except local GT machinery (Concepción in Canary Islands).

WRC and A8 too.

Hideg will switch to a Grp.N Evo IX. :rolleyes:

Ott Tänak has won the first round in Estonian Championship just a few minutes ago. It was really crazy win, because he won in front of WRcar by 0.3 seconds. He was driving Gr N Subaru and closest Gr N rival was 56.2 seconds behind (Egon Kaur).

Flodin won the Peno Rally with very comfortable margin.
Novikov retired on penultimate stage due to the engine failure. He was sitting in comfortable second place (40 s behind Flodin, nearly 1 min in front of third place).

The Celtic Tiger has lost it's roar. The Irish economy isnt great at the moment and there were political issues before the new year that threatened rallying in Ireland.

Looks like being a bit of a transition year before WRC cars are gradually out favoured in the points scoring. Dunlop National series (1 day events) should see some good entries though

Donnelly has yet to find the full budget for the ITC other factors are the engine is due a rebuild and co-driver Paddy Toner has came through an illness and is still on the road to recovery,but you may see him on the circuit of ireland

Donnelly's former co-driver Paul Kiely has teamed up with tim Mcnulty for the season and tim's S12b is now been looked after by Mcgeehan Motorsport the man behind donnellys sucsessful cars.

JJ Fleming is to be out in the Ex Bolland S12b

Also Citroen have came on board as the title sponser

But alot of lads are getting out of the world cars as they fear with the change in the wrc cars next year may leave there cars obsolete and worthless.

Also Eammon Bolland is going down the IRC route this year,DMG is to do the NI championship at the request of his sponsers

No wrc cars in Hungary this year?

I really doubt, that anyone will use wrc car, if he cannot score championship points with it :(
let's hope we'll see some s2000, at least 2 are confirmed: Herczig with Fabia and Janos Toth with 207.

Maybe in fifth place. This Porsche doesn't have the power like the 997 of Sérgio Vallejo in Spain.

Another Fabia WRC in The Netherlands.
Eric Bolhaar will drive one in the Dutch Championship, sponsored by our Ministry of Defence.
He will drive the Fabia of Temmink in the first round and there will possibly be a new car after that rally. Supported by Wevers Sport.

By the way one Dutch (probably ex-Wevers) Fabia is back to Czech republic in Profiko Team. In the moment I don't know which car exactly it is. First start is scheduled to Rally Eger.

Last year they started sponsoring the team allready with the Nissan 350Z.

This year they want to extend the publicity by driving a WRC.
It is just a way to create publicity and getting people interested in joining the army.
As they think rally is more related to the army than circuit races, they made the change.

I don`t think so. Both cars should be from Profiko. Igor Drotar said that he will drive the same car as in Prague but it will be car of another team. So I suppose that it will be car from Profiko. (He also drove Profiko car two times in this year)

I didn`t write it so well. :D So, Drotar said that he will drive tha same car as in Prague (Fabia WRC) but it will be car of another team. In Prague used Juka (chassis number 5), but in this season he changed the team and he will use car of Profiko (car chassis number 6 or 18). :)
