Number 14 for the very slow local driver Laurent Luyet? Unbelievable, he was the driver who crashed in Kris Princen last year in a SS when Princen was behind him after 2 km in a SS! Perroud, Burri, Camandona and Roux will have big problems with him. :(

How come Gonon could win stage? Either drivers had very different tyre choice or there is a lot of snow on this stage (production cars need't use wide tyres).

You're right Tom, but I was so surprised that he could beat an high rated driver like Neuville on his first special stage outside Italy!

Anyway the results are somewhat "strange", maybe it's because of the tyre choice!

According to Pluto roads are mostly dry. Otherwise he said news mostly about some Czech crews. Minařík rolled on shakedown and Černý had technical problems with some sensor. Polish driver Ruta also had technical problems with power steering and transmission.

SMS from PLuto: SS5 massacre. First 8 and last 11 km dry, the rest changeble and tricky mix of wet, snow, ice and gravel. Temperature -2 down the valley, +2 up in the mountains.

Yes, after besttime on stage 7, Neuville is loosing more then 2 minutes on stage 8, dropping him to 11th overall. Still great pace by Krugnola, who is doing very well. Rox might take the lead in the afternoon. ;)

I dont know, almost on every stage there are different zero cars, so we dont know who exactly crashed on SS 7.

First three stages of day 3 are dry, only one km narrow downhill on first one and aprox. 2 kms on last one are damp. I must say I dont like this stages very much, the second one is the worst on this rally, others has nice parts, but their quality isnt so good as in previous days.

Hotz had two punctures yesterday, now he is without chance to make a good result. About Tlustak, he is starting here for first time and he has big respect of difficult stages with changeable weather conditions...
