Lewis Hamilton suggested that Red Bull Racing broke FIAs regulations before the new tests the federation introduced, believing that the Austrian team have registered a regress.

lol, you are very mad!
Is what Bild reports about the Boss that important in the grand scheme of things?
This is what speed tv reported he went on to say:
"Our people wondered if their car was legal and we asked the FIA. After that, Red Bull had to rebuild their car and take a step back.
"It was a good decision by the FIA," said the Briton
Taking a race car drivers opinion of what is really a legal and engineering issue is just bad journo. Plus it's not cheating if they conformed to a clarification. Considering how much closer Ferrari are now suggests that maybe they did change something. Who knows? If it's true it certainly isn't The Boss who busted them. Let it ride a little while, it's a slow news day ;)

I understand where you guys are comming from. But I can only find two stories on this, and nowhere does LH say that RB "cheated."
It's the headlines that throws you.
Look at this article from our own site:

Alguersuari says Alonso 'very cold'
Then read the article.
What a misleading headline. I think that after the hype of the last race this transition period untill the teams arrive at the next venue is tabloid mania.
Is what "the Boss" said all that.
No, this is rubbish news and very misleading.
Stay calm guys. Don't take the bait.

Teams being asked by the FIA to change their cars is not unusual! It may mean they have a part or systems which don't comply with the spirit of the regulations but do comply with the letter of them, hence no cheating!

The Red Bull was legal, it still is legal now, if the rules have changed and the RB have had a redesign, makes no difference relatively speaking. Just like the F-duct is legal, and double diffusers are legal, and the Brabham fan car was legal for the one race it appeared.
Anyone within the sport mentioning the phrase "spirit of the regulations" ought to be banished Flav/Symonds-style :vader: I really am sick to death of it. It's right up there with "spicing up the show" as one of the buzz-words (or sentences?) that ought to be locked up securely in an air tight box and deposited right at the bottom of the Atlantic.
Either something is legal or it isn't. If it goes against what the regs intended but is legal on a technicality, that is called being clever and should be rewarded, not punished.
If Hamilton was misquoted my point still stands in general.

Clutching at straws. MCL is a much worse car than the RBR overall, hamlon is under pressure a error prone driver, but martin and all fans over the world hails him as messias. Kimi would do a much betterījob at mcl, a thrue racer that is.
