In a Steel cage match which would give the beat-down, and which would take it?
Although a KnuckleSandwhich can be a deal maker, by definition it would not make use of body blows, and submission holds.
I think vegemite would be more versatile, and able to adapt a style capable of defeating the dreaded KnuckleSandwhich :up:
