Whitefish is my favorite of smoked fish, not too much fat like in Salmon.

For tea I'm going to cook lamb rissoles mixed with onion, spinach, basil and tomato with a side salad.

Last night I had minestrone soup that I made with all the leftovers in the fridge with a couple of beers and glass or two of red wine.

It is Monday so that means when I eventually get home my gran will probably have a dubious steak pie with boiled potatoes and carrots, all cooked to within a nanometre of having any nutritional value left, and maybe some tinned macaroni cheese - my little brother made a huge mistake 5 or 6 years back when he said that it "wasn't bad" which means we get it with everything :bigcry:

I hate Mondays :( q

I like these intelectual topics....

I'm on lunch break and I eat 2 telemea cheese ( of sheep ) sandwiches which were nicely wrapped by my mum and tied with a red lace ( with ribbon !) to the ever astonishment of my colleagues. And to help them slip through my neck I also have a nice big tomato. Later I'll have a fruit whose name I can't translate in English.
