Unofficial 250cc pickems

all right lets do this,i am only doing this for the 250cc.....

RULES

You get to make 8 choices.
You get 10 points if the rider you pick as your winner wins the race,and if the rider you pick gets placed from positions 2-8,you get 8 points for 2nd place,6 for third ala the f1 points position.
If the rider you pick drivers for 2-8 position,the maximum number of points he'll be able to score is the points that come was he to finish in that position even were he to win the race.

Eg-if a rider you picked in 8th position came 1st,he'll only get a point for that

entries allowed 15 min before start of qualifying,don't forget i can see the time of the posts ;) .....although i would rather not see that

this might not be as complicated but i think it will make things easier,in case two people have the same points,the winner will be the one whose 1st driver finishes in the highest possible position....if the 1st driver is the same then it will be the second driver.....

This would be a way out while waiting for official motogp pickems, basically the rules stay the same as the official pickems, atop of it the common rule to running this sort of game must have the same equity for all member. :)

We can start also with unofficial pickems for motogp, in case the official pickems sorted out before the race begins, we can keep this unofficial 250 pickems on.

Still waiting for answers to the Official Pickems dilema. If it can't get up and running Harsha, I'm in mate :up: We should also have Motogp and 125's. I will do the Motogp if we do an unofficial pick. I will post the thread later tonight in that case. Can someone do the 125's ? How about you leopard ? interested ?

I think Motogp is the first priority, let's hope the official pickems sorted out. If you could manage the unofficial pickems for motogp class it'd be fine John.

I don't have good coverage for 125 cc, besides i don't think iam ready for playing pickems. I hope someone else can take it, i'll support this kind of effort.

Harsha, I could tell you that roughly calculated this round using F1 pickems points system, 10 to 3 points for pickems right in place and a point extracted for each wrong place.

Yeah quite strange, some another founder like Maxu, with such enthusiasm when this started, isn't altogether interested playing this anymore.

I think so, we will have to terminate this and ask Mods for downgrading this thread from sticky, however I will calculate Shanghai round and it will be obviously determining the winner is one of us.
