So what's going on in Spain?

They win the World Cup and the Euro Championships in soccer.

Rafael Nadal and their Tennis team are #1, They won the World Championship in basketball.

Fernando Alonso is a recent two time World Driving Champion, Jorge Lorenzo and Dani Pedrosa are leading the Championship in MotoGP

So what's your secret Spanish people? Everytime you turn around recently, You're winning the World Championship in something.

It's the water right? :D :s mokin:

Well I guess it's something to take their mind of that economic crisis. Perhaps Spain shouldn't be so greedy and share some of this success with Greece :p :

No..just you don't care about hockey Tony. So if the USA beats Canada in Sochi, I expect you to say nothing?

That said, no one in Spain cares about hockey, but with the run they are on of late, I better hope they don't start....

spain now a days is just doing great when it comes to sports issues. They were FIBA world champion last 2006 and just this year they were the FIFA world cup champions. Grats to Spain and the rest of their athletes. :)
