IN China, the trial lasts about 15 minutes, there is no presumption of innocence and the death penalty is not appealable. OH ya, and the family of the accused is billed for the ammunition.

THAT is how it is different....if he hadn't killed himself, the state would have don it happily in China....whereas in most civilized democratic nations, he would have been given a fair trial and there would be a process.
