I've performed tastings for over 10 years, and did 3 years reatil at a local fine wine store. I've tasted a LOT of wine, and I have to agree with donkey jote..


Allowed only one red wine for the rest of my life, it would have to be Spanish!!!!!

By the way, dj, a student in my lab from Madrid just returned from Spain and broguht me a bottle of Albarino (YUUUMMM!!!). Tomorrow night... can't wait!!!

Nothing against Spain or spanish wine but everytime i drink a single glass, I get headache, so I stick with the italian wine :p :

When i lived in D.C we used to get some lovelyl wine there, mind you i got used to drinking red wine cold, watching star trek voyager lol
