Thank you for all of your nice comments!!
I'm really excited about it all.
Come down and have a look, its bound to be a really good event!
If you can give me any more locations with e-mails and contact numbers it'd be great, its hard work, i wont promise too much but i will look into it. Any help with promoting the event will be a great help, newspapers etc, just let me know if you have any ideas.
I'll keep you posted!

In my quest to try and make people more aware of Pickup Truck Racing i have been contacting councils around the country, close to me and to Rockingham.
I have asked if it would be possible to do a leaflet drop near to the beginning of the season, and as yet, i have not had a council turn me down. They are free and as long as there are no stalls and no mess at the end of the day i am allowed.
What a great way to boost awareness of the great racing at Rockingham.
Give it a go in your area and let me know how you go!!

I have e-mailled lots of councils and so far have had replies from Newbury, Basingstoke and Reading, which are close to me.
I am awaiting confirmation to do one in Northampton also.
Fingers crossed!!
