Looks like we have total of 24 cars, 4 rookies, 4 Brazilians, 3 Americans and two TBAs.
Dale Coyne still hadn't made a decision last I heard about the BSA car, but it looks like Alex Lloyd had the biggest check. It also seems that Mario Moraes may be in the 32 KVRT entry, either as a one-off or full season as the Lotus team won't be fully spun up until St. Pete.
