Roland Ratzenberger

I was just having a look on btcc-racing.co.uk at the entry lists from previous years, when I stumbled across Roland Ratzenberger entered in a Class B Demon Tweeks BMW M3 back in 1988! I'm fairly sure that it will be, but I just wanted to check if anyone knows if it is the same Roland Ratzenberger that raced in F1.

was very successful aswell. At the time he was had a 'junior driver' deal with BMW (quite what they thought of him driving a private M3 giving the works cars such a hard time?).

Amongst other things he was a starter at Bathurst in 1987 in a works M3 also
