Is he the one and the only?

Well, I was very curious. I have been in this forum for a few years now and it is the first time I have seen a member who starts approximately two threads per day :-) I wont tell the names. So, my question is: Is he the ne and only or has anybody seen more his kind of members ;-)?
And what to do with such a curious members? They don't want any bad, but it is not good for the forum to have so many threads every day :-)
