Ricky Ponting believes his pulling will become less risky as soon as his injured elbow heals properly.
"I think I have been out twice this summer pulling..."

Do you think that's half his trouble? When to be on the pull. Mr Warne got into a lot of trouble pulling. :D

My strike rate when pulling as deteriorated recently. I've only been successful once in the month. Any advice?

If you're not confident of your ability to pull, then don't even try.......

.....that's why I've packed in pulling...... ;)

Saying that, the pull is Punter's trademark shot!

What a 'silly point' to make! :) ho hum........

M in O and others who may not know, 'silly point' is a fielding position.

Some other fun terms, like 'bowling a maiden over'. (no runs (maiden) scored off 6 deliveries (an over))

A commentator (Brian Johnson) once said "The bowler's Holding, the batsman's Willey".

He also reportedly said "There's Neil Harvey standing at leg slip with his legs wide apart, waiting for a tickle"
