Strange lines in textures?

Ive attached an image of my issue.

There are weird horizontal lines on the track texture, and I swear they werent there before.
Ive installed RSRBR2010 and am wondering if the textures changed?

Ive got my graphics card doing AA, triple buffering, everything turned up and other games look fine.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried disabling AA? Sometimes there is problems with AA and RBR game engine.
