never played the PS2 game, but i garuntee the PS1 is an absolute classic! :D

Many video game series whose original developers ditch it end up going down the toilet. Spyro is a prime example.

I stopped playing the PS1 games when I was about 13. IMO the series goes downhill after the first game, and there are much better gaming series out there.
