Alain has a bone to pick with Flavio , apparently .

But , why bring it up now ?

It could be that Prost might have something on Flav that was so unbelievable that before now it was pointless to bring out .

Or , could it be that Prost might have something that Renault might not want out , and he's using it as a bargaining chip , to rain some karma on his old foe , and get back into the paddock at the same time ?
Is it worth a contract to Renault to have him say that they knew nothing of the affair ?

What actually happened , and how ugly was Flavio's involvement ?

Alain Prost - team manager/owner extraordinaire?

He could drive alright, but management he aint.

However. if he is playing dirty, I hope somone punches him in the face and straightens out that conk!

I'm a bit fed up with all the whispering now. If people have something to say, if it's serious and not just motivated by personal dislike (eg Mosley about Stewart), come out and say it. If not, stop hinting and shut up.

For 1995 Walkinshaw bought 50% of the Ligier (http://www.motorsportforums.com/wiki/Ligier) team from Benetton team principal Flavio Briatore (http://www.motorsportforums.com/wiki/Flavio_Briatore). His intention was to take over the team completely, but he was unable to purchase 100% of the team and therefore pulled out of the deal. Instead he bought the Arrows (http://www.motorsportforums.com/wiki/Arrows) team,
