i got my computer back yesterday

my computer was attacked by viruses saturday, and the viruses shut down my anti-virus programs, so i couldn't get rid of them, so i had to take to a computer shop, to get it cleaned out, and i got it back yesterday

i wasn't sure what coused the viruses, but for the past couple of weeks i had been downloading alot of music from frostwire, and i asked the guy at the computer shop if that could be what coused the viruses, and he said probably so, and that if i contenued to use frostwire, i would be seeing him again a couple of weeks

perhaps i should start downloading music legaly :s my mom gives me quite a bit of allowance every week, for putting a few boxes of canned drinks in the fridge, so i actually have plenty of money for legal downloads

i have often viewed porn online, but i've always had more sence, than to download it to my computer, becouse i would have to imange to probability of it containing viruses would be pretty high,

i had problems with viruses before though, so i guess i got viruses sometimes by just viewing porn online :s

Only executable files are infected with virus. It is either from you downloading an infected software or from browsing the web unsafely, caught trojans or the infamous "Antivirus 2009". There are many good resources for free and open source softwares out there now so no need to pirate softwares.

one suggestion is

1- have a good updated antivirus "original software",have spyware too...keep updating them for the latest definitions...and you should be fine
