Received the game Friday

Haven't loaded it yet-well actually I did but the ancient desktop laughed when I tried to run it :)

Questions:

1) What is the best WRC car to drive in the game?

2) How good are Richard Burns' suggested setups for the car?

Looking forward to the next round

1) Of course the Subaru Impreza 2003-The champion's car!
2) You'd better not mess with the set ups-at least In your first steps to that game...
Default set ups should work just fine!

Nevertheless, you should get that RBRRS2009 mod sometime,
with over 205 stages ( gravel,tarmac,snow,mixed )
different weather styles ( light fog, medium fog, thick fog,
covered dump, cloudy dry ) and hundrends of cars with updated skins,
optimized physics and set ups!

P.S. See you In RBR Rally GB..! ;)

1)There is no best car in the game. They all have similar performance but the handling are different. It all depends on your driving style. For example 206 is very nippy little car but not the most stable car ingame. For me, the best default car are the Corolla and Accent. Try different cars out and find out which suit you the best.
2)Default setups are pretty good to start rallying. First you should drive long enough to get familiar how your car behaves. Then you should start making setups adjustments but remember you can also make car handle worse. Take small steps at a time to see how the car responses to those changes.
Although I don't like default tarmac setup. Rear dif map is all wrong for me. I usually use similar or little higher of front dif values for the rear dif for more stability.
Hope this helps...
