Hello
This is a bit different since it involves no driving but instead managing but can be equall challanging i think.
I have been doing it for almost 4 year now.
You compete against 39 others in a group and its division based so when promoting from the group you move up 1 division, there are currently 5 divisions: Elite,Master,Pro,Ama And Rookies which is where you start.
you have one driver, you can negotiate contracts with Sponsors,drivers and Technical directors
and train drivers and staff and improve facilities and car in your quest for glory
but it is imoprtant to keep the budget which is not easy, Overspend and you will not promote if being in negative at end of season. there are 17 races in a season and races are contested twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays - But since this is a manager game it means one dont have to be actually online when races is going on...you set everything up and can log in later to look at a replay of the races.
Best of all: the game is totally free! :)
So if you want to try different skills then try it (all in english but there are translations to at least 20 other languages the most important things as rules,newbie guide and FAQ
there is also a forum for each language.

I play in Elite division name: Håkan Ferm "Hookee" is nickname since all cannot do scandinavian special characters :)
