as promised, i am making changes to the game.
with only four weeks left until the 10 race chase, in which only the top five will advance, i felt there needed to be a shakeup in the game because it pretty much appears that the top seven without them will stay intact and only two of those really would be left out.
i must also correct a mistake from yesterday, the top five in standings all will have their points reset to 0 after richmond, and those outside the top five will compete for the consolation title with their points also reset to 0.
as of now the chase looks like this

win=5 points
top 3=4 points
top 5=3 points
top 10=2 points
top 20=1 point
as always, they only count with the highest finishing driver in each matchup.
also i have reset the bonuses
all three high finishers finish top 10=tripled points
and if two of them finish in the top 3=extra five points, and it doesnt have to have the third driver in the top 10.
this will only last for four weeks as i try to shake up the top five in points and try to still give others a fighting chance as this game was supposed to do that from the start but it ended up not doing that.
