Now I'd quite like a trip to Argentina but going on Wipeout to get there is a little extreme. There was recently a celeb Wipeout show here (z list celebs) and most of them got quite badly injured and were considering legal action. It just makes you wonder how injured the regular people that go on that show get but you just never get to find out.

The only amusing thing about Total WIpeout is watching Richard Hammond attempting to fake enthusiasm sitting in front of a green-screen in TV Centre while a bunch of re-recorded dickheads make even bigger dickheads of themselves 7000 miles away.

Unlike the genius which is Hole In The Wall...

... which itself is an overdub of Takeshi's Castle.

Takeshi Kitano himself released a NES game called Takeshi no Chōsenjō, and the tag line was Created by a man who hates video games. Some of the challenges involve singing kareoke continuously for 20 mins, leaving the controller alone for an hour and there's one boss who you need to hit 20,000 times to move past.

.
It is the overdubs that makes it hilarious.

Takeshis castle is the best because iti s the original :D However, Total wipeout is a lot of fun as well and I'm glad the BBC have come up with something similar, because i don't have satellite/cable for Takeshi :(
