It will be OK Fousto, as it wasn't the US that did it. Eki's link came to mind as well, and it seems that gunning down an innocent now and then is also accepted in other countries, just not if we did it here in the US.

It was sarcasm. Gunning down innocents or waterboarding innocents shouldn't be accepted anywhere IMO.
Innocent until proven guilty should be applied to "terrorists" as well. Unless they have gone through normal legal procedures they shouldn't be treated any different from "usual" suspects of a crime IMO.
