His rather extraordinary park-run-podium jaunt left him without a trip to the weight scales didn't it?

To be honest I didn't see if he went to the weighing station before the podium or not.
However if he didn't than it won't be a fine but a disqualification, which I guess would have happened already if that was the case.

I dont rember any of the podium winners ever at Monaco weigh in before the podium.

This crossed my mind today also, I didn't see Jenson, nor any of the other drivers go to a weigh in.

The first three drivers always stop on the track, opposite the royal box, then go straight to the trophy presentation, so I presume they go to the weigh-in afterwards.

I am sure if a certain McLaren driver had done the same thing, he would have been disqualified :p

I don't think they use lead weights in the Casino there.

Button and others in similar circumstances ought to be fined for constantly trying to pass off those random, small clumps of baby soft hair sparsely arranged on their faces, as beards or even gotees. Looks like a puppy's butt with mange.

C'mon guys, hold off on the beards until you can grow a proper one.

Button and friends should visit http://beards.org/ for info on how to grow a beard.

Back to the title of the thread - I wonder if Button's team (Ross) told him to make sure he picked up extra rubber during his little jog? :)

Button is nearly 30. If you can't grow a proper one by then you're pretty much never gonna get there.

Side note; most successful bearded driver to date? John Watson perhaps?
