Errrrmmmm, but Max said the contracts vis a vis their technical veto was not valid since they joined FOTA.

Can we not just pay some drug addict to shoot bernie and max? :D

No, because maybe the drug addict might find some sense in all this, thus not shooting Bernie and Max because he understands their pstchodelic motivations...
