The powers that be have finally figured out the pirates are receiving shipping information from London and other places.

No kidding. I've been saying that since back when all this started to become news. Took them this long to figure that out?
I wonder how much longer it will take them to realize the pirates receive updates on positions from satellite tracking stations and crewmen on board with cell phones and GPS receivers? That's one reason random armed security forces on board won't work. The pirates will know a ship is protected within 10 minutes of the security force coming on board.
Not a doubt in my mind people involved in tracking don't mind adding to their income by passing position information along.
