So we are back in europe so it seems like a good time to look at the good the bad and the ugly so far.

Give grades for performances (A-E) and for effort (1-5).

So for example; massa. D1. Trying so hard but no results.

Thoughts?

williams-C2-lots of potential there, yet to be realised
Nico the Rosberg-B2-fast in practice, hasnt got the results to match yet

Button A1 (Hard to Criticise really)
Lewis C1 (Getting better though with every race)
Rubens C1 (Trying but not getting very far)
Kimi D5 (Better last race but never seems bothered)
BMW E5 (A complete let down this season)
Kubica E1 (Working so hard in a poor car)
Heidfeld D1 (Working so hard in a poor car, podium bit of fluke)
Nakajima E3 (let down compared to his team mate)

I'm not sure about effort as such. I think all of them are trying as hard as hell. For instance BMW-Sauber never gave up, developed and improved until the end of the season despite an overall disappointing season. Maybe Ferrari deserves a lower "effort" grade for giving up the season earlier. All drivers tried hard too I suppose, maybe Kubica lost a bit of focus in some cases due to poor car.
