It was on one of those police programmes and they said he still gave the driver a fine...

I have been watching on Court TV Canada recently a couple of cop shows using a lot video footage from the cruisers. It is surprising the number of times someone makes off with a cruiser.

One show 'Cops Uncut' I find the Brit commentator a bit over the top and overly sarcastic.
