Chuck Norris is Da man....Mr. T is all brawn and no brains, and Stig....well he is a magnificient specmin behind the wheel but is a specialist after all. Chuck can stop the rotation of the earth if he runs the wrong way....

If Chuck Norris roundhouse kicked The Stig, all that would happen is that The Stig would land in the ocean somewhere... and then walk back out if it eventually.
Another problem is that Mr. T cannot be killed by conventional means. The only known method to destroy him is prolonged exposure to jibba-jabba.

Mr. T and Chuck Norris once encountered each other on a lonesome British path. Before the inevitable battle could begin, the earth itself and created Scotland. Has Mr T and The Stig ever met? I don't know.

I stand by my first thought. Chuck Norris is not to be stopped by any mortal. It is inconsequential what 250lbs of solid ebony wrapped in gold will do nor the super human reflexes of the Stig set to classical music. Both are superheroes in their own right, but Chuck Norris is the force of nature...

Chuck Norris wins hands down, because he would rub his beard and teleport himself to the UK and wherever it is that Mr. T lives, roundhouse kick both of them to utter destruction, donate his urine for the betterment of science, since it contains the cure for cancer and aids, spend 2 hours having sex with all the hollywood actresses and then get back to playing backgammon with God and completely pwning him.

Unknown fact: Chuck Norris managed to do all that in under 5 seconds.

You obviously never watched the Bouncer championships that Mr.T dominated.
