I was wondering what is the best way to clean a Resin model?
I just purchased and received my first Renaissance model that is a Mclaren F1 GTR "Marlboro" from South Africa in 1996, I must say its bad-ass and will try and post pictures when its done.

I haven't started it yet, I just wanted to get some help, so I don't screw it up.
But this is what it should look like when it is finished

Best way to clean a resin model kit is to soak it in Westley's Bleche White white wall cleaner. Get a plastic tub that nobody cares about, fill it with the Westleys and soak the reain parts for a couple hours to remove the mold release. Scrub with an old toothbrush and rinse. I own a resin casting company and that's what we tell our customers on our product instructions.
Any questions on the model, I'd be glad to help out. I've been building models for nearly 40 years.
