The horns are there to direct air flow to the rear wing like the ones on the BMW of last year.

That's one half arsed blue color. Makes the car look very toy like.

If DC was still around they could have argued that those vertical fins are to protect their drivers from losing their heads. :D

It was only a matter of time, when teams start finding ways around the winglet-ban. Expect more in the future. ;)
