Time for the almost-tradional start of season pick-em!

This one's very simple, just predict the number of registrations there will be on the entry list released by TOCA on March 19 during the media day at Rockingham. Nearest wins!

Entries up until 12th March 2009.

Shame the BTCC is not going to achieve this.

The BTCC should have 7 different car types on the grid this season, you can't really grumble at that. Granted they aren't full manufacturer entries, but do we need them? Its been many a season now were a properly prepared independent entry can easily win, and as long as the field is close together and are all competitive it doesn't matter

I wasnt grumbling! Just said its a shame we dont see as much variety. I still stand by the BTCC is the best TCC in the world in terms of entertainment, competitivness and as a whole in organisation.

The BTCC does see plenty of variety look at other top European based touring car series, the WTCC has 4 manufacturers and is really just the BMW-SEAT show, the DTM has 2 manfacturers. Frankly the STCC has got supreme variety in car manufacturers and would make almost any other touring car series look bad in comparison.

I think BMW were axed from that show at Mexico last year
