Alexander Rybak (born in Minsk, Soviet Union (now Belarus=White Russia) on May 13, 1986) is a Norwegian violinist, singer, composer and actor. Rybak will represent Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia.
