Le Scaphandre et le papillon/The Diving Bell and the Butterfly

El orfanato/The Orphanage

La sconosciuta/The unknown

Entre les murs/ The Class

I used to be with them and I was going to subscribe again over Christmas but before I even contacted them, a letter came from them offering 3 months free. So I signed up for the top package offering unlimited films and games per month and three home at a a time. Har, har.

The best thing thing about it is the access to obscure oldies, foreign films and TV series. You ll find it hard to get popular new releases.

Funniest thing was I got my subscription for free in a Chicago Town pizza, used it for a month then cancelled and still got 3 months free :D

Well I'm subscribed to the 2 DVD's per month option (i.e. the cheapest one) I'm not a big film watcher really, but it's good to have a DVD in for the odd Saturday night when there's nothing else on.

I think my next purchase will be a Blu-Ray player (you can get BR disc from lovefilm for the same price) but not until the price comes down a bit.

5) City of God

 Or failing that the sort of spin off TV series City of Men.

Films that I've watched recently and been impressed with are Juno, Into The Wild and I've just been recommended Trailer Park Boys but yet to watch it. Also saw Knocked Up the other day which was actually better than I was expecting.

One thing that I like from Gere and Julia when they play together in Pretty Woman, it involved Roxette song. Good enough take me back in nostalgia.

Can I sugest The Departed and the excellent Hong Kong original trilogy Infernal Affairs.

Its amazing how many films are on their and how long it takes to decide what you want to watch!
