As nice as another European race would be, it would be bound to replace Monza. And I think that there are already enough (too many?) street races on the calendar, unless the new ugly aero package really does do absolutely everything that it intended then it's still going to be really hard to pass at them. Street races can be processional in any series, F1 in general doesn't have a chance. Unless they intentionally make the track wet, that could be entertaining.
