i can quite understaand this guys disgust with the Virgin food.we have just returned from Florida with Virgin and the food was absolute crap.We were woken for breakfast at 05.00 hours to be served a burnt bagel with supposedly scrambled egg in it.As we were not due to land untill 08.45 in Manchester,why wake us all at that silly time for rubbish food ?.I will bet not 10% of the passengers ate it .I was bloody hungry and struggled to eat the burnt offering I said to the assistant"when do I get my medal"? she said what for? "I said for eating that burnt bagel" She said yes I know what you mean.i for one will seriously think before flying Virgin again
